The venue was very busy that day due to a therapist being ill. There was a delay for my appointment but I was compensated for that so it was ok.

very friendly staff. hate to say it because they're all lovely but the place is just a bit grubby, could do with a tidy up and clean. otherwise, was pleased with what I had done.
