I can’t thank nasim enough for doing my hair. I was so confused with how I wanted it done.. and with a wedding coming up it was essential that it looked nice. She did such a wonderful job . I was shocked to see how amazing my hair looked, and I still can’t stop smiling everytime I look in the mirror.. and it was all because I trusted nasim and left it to her to decide what will look best. Thank you. I am so glad I put my faith in you.
Honestly I didn’t want to leave review but it was so much wasted my time today, I booked in advance for my nails Biab because wanted to go holiday, If you can’t do it why you accept client 🥲
I left salon with the most horrible nails ever, the girl she was so lovely and nice personality, Unfortunately she wasn’t nail Artist, over 2 hours took the time for only shallac even I decided to not do my toes
I did call salon and explained I was dissatisfied, Shiva politely asked me to do refund , at the end I received the refund BUT I was not able to go somewhere else to remove and redo it because I didn’t have enough time before holiday 💔

Before going for my hair dye, I was very nervous and hesitant. I don’t usually dye my hair so I have no clue what would suit me or not. Nasim clocked in my fear and she just asked me to trust her and she knew what would suit me. This talented and confident woman gave me a makeover that was absolutely stunning 😍🥰. Not that I couldn’t take my eyes off myself ever since but the compliments I have been getting on my hair is heartwarming. I am so glad I have listened to her and blindly trusted in her talent. She knows what she is doing and she knows her client wouldn’t leave upset. She also suggested me to give a little tint to my eyebrow to complement my hair colour and I think it was the best decision.

Yesterday was my first ever visit to this salon and I would definitely recommend them. I had my eyebrows microbladed after they had faded ( 6yrs since they had been done). All the staff I met were friendly and welcoming as were the 2 clients present :). I love my new eyebrows, they are the best I have ever had done and many people have complimented me on how good they look. So thank you ladies and I look forward to my top up appointment 😊.
Went to the salon for the first time yesterday for a big job on my hair. I haven’t had my hair done for over a year so I needed a new base colour, highlights and a cut. Naseem did my hair and I absolutely loved my experience with her. Naseem was kind, attentive, listened well to what I wanted and really went the extra mile to make me feel happy and comfortable (for example, by double checking I am happy with the colour, by offering to change it if I am not happy, by not pressuring me to do anything in particular but offering her opinion etc). I hope you never change Naseem and remain this bubbly, professional and kind ❤️ I have had negative experiences whilst getting my hair done in the past at other salons so I was a bit apprehensive but Naseem exceeded my expectations because she has the right balance of professionalism but also warmth. She is experienced and considerate. I loved Naseem and will be requesting another appointment with her soon!
I met the other ladies too and they were all happy and lovely women to be around. You have a fantastic salon Lida.
