Nails tech was not patient in understanding what I wanted and got visibly frustrated when I asked her to make the nails less pointed. She was not friendly or kind and was late for the appointment.

Overall a poor experience, nails were left uneven and while the original therapist was lovely he couldn't quite fix it. The second therapist (female) was dismissive and like any work was nothing but a hassle but somewhat reluctantly tried to fix it without a lot of success. I was nothing but polite and patient while my appointment was overrunning by quite a bit. The plus side was that the nail art turned out pretty, but I wouldn't return. Not the experience you'd expect for the price.
