She started my treatment when I was die to be finished. She was 12min late, time is precious when you have 2 kids waiting on you.
She seemed to struggle to get my gel nails off, scratching them off, not OK.. Definitely had to soak them longer, and when cleaning she decided to refill my nails too... Each ended up a different shape so I asked not to do the other hand.
Unfortunately I'm very particular Bout things... I just feel she needs a bit more experience is all.
