Came in for a lash lift as my first time using this salon. No conversation was made to make me feel comfortable or at ease. I was left in the room with no warning in-between treatments, lying there with my eyes closed. I was told the perm treatment was to be left on for 12 minutes and so she left the room completely and it was left on for 25 and so I lay there worrying she forgot about me. My lashes in the end did not lift well and I left feeling deflated before my holiday after paying £45.

1. Eventhough my lashes was without makeup nobody did a degteasing as it has to be
2. Work from the side not from the tp is leading to uneven effect that i had as a resssult
3. Side lashes left untinted
4. I did ask for brown eyebrows but i have got black. Maybe it was a dark brown but it was a dark dark brown and i have got it darker than my black colored lashes. And so far i am blond it is not profeccional that she doesn't understand tones or doesn't know how to operate with blond hair.
