after the first pandemic, being housebound for over eleven weeks, my hair was a total mess i tried a few hairdressers but they only partially sorted the problems. i felt being older than most clients i was treated as a nice old lady. but wasn't that old in real terms. i have been with Anna for a number of years now. she treats me in the same respectful, friendly professional way that she did from our first meeting. i am now 79 year sold but don't feel like a little old lady when i go to Anna
