Had a sports massage for a persistent injury around my shoulder / traps. Liam targeted the areas with firm pressure and regularly checked I was ok. Good communication. The entrance is via Flint Street & through the Safestore car park.

Very professional massage. Liam was genuinely kind and communicative (asking me what kind of pressure I was expecting). He even gave me exercises to stretch and release tension in my traps and shoulders. Great experience
