Ive been seeing Sara for deep tissue massage for longevity treatment for an ongoing injury’s.
She is very professional and been great with advice and helping with my issues.

I was on crutches and in agony and I had a plan that I wanted to be back at work in 6weeks.
I had injured my knee.
I have been off crutches now for weeks and I’m so much better, and will be back to work soon.
The appointments with shane are enjoyable, and I Iove the easy exercises that he gives me to do. I would highly recommend.

This was my first massage with Sara. I've had sessions with Shane for my back already so Sara knew my history and where to concentrate. We spoke about problem areas before starting as well.
I had a full body deep tissue massage. Pressure was great and Sara checked through the session to make sure. There were some stretches involved to loosed my neck which Ive never had in a massage but my before and after range of movement really improved.
I highly recommend Sara if you need a massage!

Great session with Shane, he was very knowledgeable and gave me some good exercises to complete to help with my lower back pain, would definitely recommend :)
