Jess was great. She gave me a great blow dry and was very pleasant throughout. I highly recommend Jess.
However I also had a trim which was classed as a cut. The owner did it and I was charged £20 for a 5 minute trim of the bottom of my hair. I had to go and get a proper trim a few days later.
