I visited the salon and had a wonderful shampoo and condition by a lovely young lady apologies I’ve forgotten her name really pleasant , good at shampooing and friendly too then a great blow dry and tongue set with Monica and even got a hug due to us talking about hugs really great experience will be visiting again on my next stay in London

The salon was friendly and accommodating with my baby, which I really appreciated as a new mum. However, the haircut felt rushed and I left disappointed, especially for £70. I clearly asked Monica to only trim the damaged ends and keep the length, but much more was cut than requested. I also asked for layers, but the final result was mostly one length. The curls hid it initially, but once home it was obvious the cut wasn’t what I’d asked for. I’m very disappointed and this can’t be fixed!
