It was my first visit to Coco and as a young girl, I feel quite nervous going into new salons... The manager was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door, however the more junior staff who were providing me with my treatment seemed to be rushing and not really caring for me. I was not offered a drink and the blow dry was quite rough and painful at times as my hair was being yanked back and forth by two different stylists. In addition, on the website I was told that my treatment would cost me £20, only for me to be charged £25 when I got there. There was a short discussion between the lady at the front desk and the manager before I was told the price so I definitely think I was overcharged on purpose which is a shame as I will now not go back. You need to be able to trust your salon!! The blow dry was nice just not a great experience.

Overall the blow dry was good, but I got charged an extra £5 as my hair is long which was not expected as paid online.

This salon is well located, super well decorated, staff is kind, and super professional. I have arrived a bit earlier and they had someone doing my eyebrows right away. I will definitely came back.
