It lacked the professional feel for a haircut. I had three different hairdressers attend to me overall. they seemed too busy or interested in talking to other clients than attend to me.
had to wait 30 minutes before a haircut even started. the cut lasted 3/4 minutes. terrible cut. so blunt, uneven and much much shorter than agreed.
incredibly disappointed and will not return.

A great experience by the Monica and Leyla!
From entering the salon, I was given a 5* experience. My hair looks, smells and feels amazing. The colour was exactly what I wanted, not too blonde and with depth of colour. Will be back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
