Monica asked about what I wanted. She was friendly and made me feel at ease. She also double checked if I was happy. I took a photograph of what I had in mind and she did exactly what I wanted. Actually the final result was better than the photo I took.

The girls in the shop are really friendly and they tried let you feel comfortable. I did cut my hair with Monica. She was very nice to me and she made my hair exactly the way like I wanted it. For the first time I can immediately say, after leaving the shop, that I like the my hairstyle.
