After booking and paying, I went to the address Treatwell provided me with only to find the hairdresser in question didn't work there any more. I had recieved no prompts to give my address for a mobile visit and after calling the number available I got no answer. I haven't been able to have my hair cut and I would like a refund.

Tools were old and hair wasn't properly cleaned off the comb she used for me. When I got home I realised the haircut wasn't symmetrical and visibly chunky.

Nora really listened to the cut that I wanted and didn’t cut any differently. I came in on a day that was chucking it down with rain, and Nora still agreed to style my hair with curls!! Because I wanted that for my birthday. She even helped me get my jacket on and hide all my curls from the rain! A lovely, small and friendly salon.
