About

Paula has been working as a Holistic Massage therapist and Yoga Teacher since 2014. Paula holds level 3 ITEC diplomas in Swedish Massage, Advance Deep Tissue and Aromatherapy Massage. Paula went on to further her massage skills with numerous qualifications such as Natural Lift Facial Massage, Face Yoga Coaching, Indian Head Massage, Thai Deep Tissue Fusion Massage and many more. Paula is a Level 3 qualified Yoga & Meditation Teacher having previously taught in Companies in London and had her own Studio teaching private groups/1-2-1’s. Paula also previously worked for an Ayurvedic Premium Skincare company in Mayfair as a Facialist and Face Yoga coach additional to finding her way into Corporate London Companies providing Wellbeing Massage Days for the employees. All of her experiences and developed skilled set have been an absolute pleasure and transferable into her business Level Head It. Paula promotes all of her Therapies to nurture mental, emotional and physical health.
