I had a thread vein laser procedure done and was very disappointed with the experience. The practitioner was rude and unfriendly from the start. She didn’t ask me any questions or explain what to expect, which made the whole process feel rushed and impersonal. I wouldn’t return or recommend her to others.

The whole experience was nice, I think Heifa saw how nervous I was slightly feeling and got given two stress balls to hold! The procedure was painful to me but I think it’s due to how my skin is and also As a first timer ! But I loved it and she was very calming which helped a lot ! Will definitely come back again !
