Chaotic booking when going via Treatwell but therapist good. They changed my treatments to translate it to match what is on their website not the description on the treatwell site meaning time reduced from 2hr to 1hr15min. I protested while therapist was here and got it up to 1hr40min but I still feel this was messy and meant I couldn't actually enjoy my appointment as both me and the therapist were stressed trying to sort out the misbooking while I should be having my pedi.

The cuticle is not done well at all, they don't even put the nails into the water bath to soak, just do it on dry hands. The gel was put on very messy, I have not seen such a messy work for a while. The therapist seemed quite unprofessional. What also concerns me is how is the equipment sterilized on the go between clients, what I have seen is that the tools were put into the sterilizing liquid which was not even filled up to the line so only a tiny bit of the equipment was submerged in it..
