Excellent therapist, really thorough treatment. By far the best of the four salons I have tried in Battersea. The only tiny negative was the strong chemical smell in the salon was a bit overpowering but that was probably just a one off. Otherwise, brilliant.

The most perfect gel nails. Super friendly and welcoming staff with a beautiful salon. Also very accommodating when I needed to change my booking. Highly recommend!

I gave 0 stars because I didn't get my nails done. I waited for more than half an hour outside the salon, freezing in the cold and rain, but unfortunately no one showed up. The salon was closed, no appointment for me. No one cancelled, they just didn't show up. I am sorry I can't recommend a place like this. Hope they will refund my money, as I didn't use any service.
Really pleased with my nails! Love the shape and the colour! I was unsure whether to add some sparkle into the mix and Carlene was willing to try it out and see what happened which I appreciated!
