Very bad experience today. I doubt the beautician was able to use hot waxing! She left so many hairs, and on legs the same, she even forgot to wax half of my left leg and to do it after putting the cream. Had to shave at home. And she was blaming I was not her known client! Missed a lot Galina and her professionalism. Lenoks centre is amazing and staff are high qualified but today the beautiful didn’t confirm the high standards of the place. Shame but sure I will be happy again next time!
