Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ivelina was very experienced and did a thorough job, I felt comfortable and at ease. I saw that Lena Morris has great reviews and that's why I chose it, best in Bromley! Now I can see why. The only thing that would have made it a little more comfortable was for the room to be a little less bright, it made me feel a little more exposed but equally, Ivelina was great!
