The appointment was running 20 mins late, which the therapist was very apologetic for, but it would have been nice if the receptionist had let me know when I arrived, as I was sat there waiting wondering what was going on. The therapist was lovely and the treatment was very nice.
I’m so happy I found a great salon locally. :) Clean and tidy and welcoming staff, as always.

Technically I didn't have a pedicure as I changed it at the last minute to a much needed manicure,which the salon was very nice about. The therapist was so good that I have booked in for the pedicure this week.
