The therapist Saba welcomed me to the room and asked questions about room temperature/ I was pleased because this is very important to me/ Then she asked questions about my health/ Very professional. The massage techniques were very advanced. Music is lovely. I will definitely come back.
Lorenza is always great, she's so quick and it's much less painful than other experiences I've had elsewhere. Lena Morris is my favourite salon to go to for treatments. My only critique is sometimes I find it a bit bright in the rooms and it feels more exposing but as I say Lorenza is great so I overlook it.
