The treatment room was clean and private so I felt comfortable. The wax itself was good, only a few stragglers to tweeze out. Would definitely recommend and I will return in future.

She didn’t really seem to know what she was doing, the hair cut is fine but it’s not a complicated cut and it isn’t amazing... glad I didn’t get any colouring here!

She was very friendly and talkative.
From the email confirmation I’ve got, I’ve booked the senior stylist but she was only there for 3 weeks and she didn’t know what was smartbond, this made me feel a bit nervous about it...
Also she tried to change my mind in regards to the highlights and do only half when I’ve booked full head, I think she did not check properly my booking.
I will come back as I did like the place
