I usually have Lorenza who is amazing but she was on holiday this time. The girl I had instead was absolutely lovely, very thoughtful as well but my actual nails weren't done very well unfortunately! My cuticles weren't done properly, my gel nails had bubbles and my nails weren't fully covered so having to get them redone after a week! My feet were slightly better but the polish hadn't dried properly so my big toes had half of it removed.
