Really disappointed with this second and last visit to Lena Morris. This review is in no way a reflection of the expertise of staff but a reflection of my experience. I booked in for a hair treatment which as it says on the treatwell website includes comb, brush and blow-dry for £45. I use Treatwell to book as you sometimes get money off % to save a few £. Anyway everything proceeded as expected till I got to the till to pay for my eyebrow wax £5 and was told I had to pay a £30!! Apparently this was for the blow-dry I received but at no point was this conveyed to me during my treatment that it would be an extra cost due to the blow-dry she did. I knew no different. I was and am still very disappointed with this and at no point did the staff try to at least offer a discount or call me back when I raised this concern. I feel robbed and cheated as this was the week before Christmas I couldn't afford to spend that much on my hair. All together I ended up spending just shy of £70! I could have had a relaxer done at £60 but couldn't afford it but instead paid more for a treatment which could have cost much less. Extremely disappointed by this as I really liked the salon however after this experience I will not be returning.

Staff friendly, best wax I've had so far making sure the job is done properly
Thank you - not as good as last time. There are smudges and uneven patches on several of my nails.
