My appointment was just okay this time around. I usually score much higher but this time my nails felt a bit rushed because the appointment was double booked. Apart from that every else was good.

The eyelash tint barely lasted 2 weeks. When I do mine at home I have to leave it for 15+ mins to get them dark but it was taken off in under 10 mins. Secondly, half my eyebrow was waxed off but Lorenza suggested the fault was with me! It's now grown back, thank you very much. Definitely wasn't like that when I walked in. Very disappointing and I had been a loyal customer for over a year but won't go back.
