Venue was nice enough. Booked my treatment 3 days in advance at a time convenient for me (obviously). Staff telephoned me the day before asking me to come 15 minutes earlier as they now had a booking too close after mine. Wasn't impressed at this.
Paid for eyebrow threading in advance via TW and staff asked me to pay again, albeit at a cheaper price?! Beware the TW prices may not actually be at the discount you think.
