I have booked a total body wax and a massage.
The total body was fine on the legs, but hurts a lot in the delicate parts of the body, like the middle of the arms and the bikini as they have only the honey wax and they don't have any delicate wax. When I understood that the esthetician was using the honey wax for the hollywood wax, I have changed my mind and asked her to do just the bikini line.
During the wax the esthetician opened the door as she was feeling hot, without even asking me if it was fine for me. She asked me only after having already opened the door. I found it very unprofessional.
The bed had a plastic cover that was unpleasant, on top of which there was some paper. As an overall was very uncomfortable.
The bikini and the middle of the arms get irritated and painful.
They didn't even offer me a one use pant for the treatment.
The massage was really bad. It was a 30 min massage and the esthetician finished after 20 min only. It was not at all a professional massage, but an improvisation. The atmosphere was very bad. Flashing white light and not very clean room.
I would not recommend this place, unless you just want to have a leg's wax for a good price. But if you are looking to go there to get a massage and relax, forget it.

Very easy to find, just across the road from Finchley Road Station. The venue is very big with many treatment rooms. The staff is excellent: professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Facial was lovely, the technician was very professional and offered great advice on how to look after my skin. The products were good quality and the whole experience left my skin feeling refreshed and clean, will definitely go back! I also had a acrylic nail infill. The nail technician seemed a bit rusty and my nail chipped off less than 24 hours after. Will definitely go somewhere else for my nails.
