I would say the reservation was not registered by reception as reservation was made about 2h30 minutes before the appointment and they didn't check email in the mean time. I had to wait a long time and then didn't have enough time to finish it so I had to come back the next day. However, they were flexible in accommodating my needs. The nail technician was a lovely Vietnamese lady who did the work so diligently and meticulously. Her English isn't very good, but I could feel how she values her work and she was very friendly nevertheless. My acrylic nails are staying strong after more than eight days now, and I am very happy with her work. Thank you.

my facial was very relaxing and professional and I am really looking forward to going back. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. Looking forward to going back!

Great wax, The therapist was lovely and highly efficient and careful and make sure everything was removed. I had a facial and eyelash extensions ,laward it 5 star. Highly recommend it , will come back for laser hair removal .
