Booked a wax package for £18. States on the packages that to upgrade to hot wax this is £25 so should have paid extra £7. Locally they charged me £10 extra and wanted a credit card fee. Would not stop arguing that I was wrong yet this is clear on the confirmation. You’ve lost a loyal customer.
