Cheap and nasty! The waxer was rough and careless. She kept putting too-hot wax over freshly waxed areas which resulted in burning me. It's been six days since the wax and I'm still in pain!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to attend earlier than my scheduled appointment. Margan was very polite and caring. The strip wax was good but not as though as some other places I've been to. Be prepared for some hard sell of their laser treatments!

Venue was nice enough. Booked my treatment 3 days in advance at a time convenient for me (obviously). Staff telephoned me the day before asking me to come 15 minutes earlier as they now had a booking too close after mine. Wasn't impressed at this.
Paid for eyebrow threading in advance via TW and staff asked me to pay again, albeit at a cheaper price?! Beware the TW prices may not actually be at the discount you think.
