Horrible Experience! I have been getting waxed for 10 years and this stood out as a traumatic experience. The esthetician began by acting very annoyed at the length and thickness of hair, which is natural and a waxing bed is no place for judgement!! She then began waxing without adequately stretching the skin and causing too much pain. Her attitude stank! She was showing moods when I would say ouch or tell her to stop because she was causing so much pain. Finally when the torture was over she began waxing my legs without adequately pressing down on the strip. She broke my hair and left so many. A complete novice with a terrible attitude.
