I had 1 hour microdermabrasion facial with (Heifa)and award it 5 star . She was very polite , helpful and knowledgeable. I tried so many places for facial but I think this place THE BEST. Definitely I'll come back.

I had the most horrific intimate area wax experience in my life as a result of coming here which I'm still paying the price for one month after the wax! First of all, the wax used at this venue is very very cheap and very harsh on the skin and the inexperience of the wax lady made it even worse, as she actually ripped off parts of my skin in this sensitive area, leaving me in a flood of tears and excruciating pain. So much so that I stopped the wax soon into the experience forcing her to stop as it was just so bad and my skin in that region was in burning agony. The wax lady was so so rude and inexperienced, I left the venue with not even one third of my wax done and had to go to a professional to clean up the mess, who herself was quite shocked at the state the experience had left my intimate area in. Terrible terrible terrible!!!
