The venue was a bit run down, not a relaxing experience to go to be pampered. The lady who did my nails was lovely but very difficult to understand and was a bit rough at times. One of my nails chipped after 1 day which has never happened with gels. Had to lie down for my eyebrow threading which was a bit odd and wasn't offered any aloe Vera gel. However for the price I would go back.
