Woman didn't understand English and did very poor quality acrylics. Thick, uneven and not the shape I asked for. Very disappointed

The staff were really friendly but the electrolysis machine did not work well and it felt like the hair was being plucked out. The staff said this was a different machine but I have had electrolysis in various places in the past and this felt different. I'm sure the other treatments this salon offer's are fine.
