After booking and paying for the treatment, I was called on the day of the appointment and told that my appointment was cancelled because they were fully booked with 'regular customers '. I explained that I had booked and paid days in advance and it was not convenient at all to be cancelling as I was flying out for holidays two days later. I was told that I booked through a website and that shows availability when there isn't any and that it just wasn't possible to see me on that day. We rescheduled for 4:30 the following day, I left work early to be there on time, to then have to wait until 4:50 to be served without any explanation or apology for the inconvenience. The treatment itself was decent but the place is dirty and the customer service horrible. Will definitely not be going back.
