Although the booking of the actual appointment was fine and the personnel were lovely, the wax was very disappointing, way more painful than normal, too harsh, not symmetrical, and quite frankly the worst I've ever gotten

I had a Dermalogica cleansing facial and rewarded it 2 stars. The therapist wasn't particularly experienced. Only small part of the face was treated to remove blackheads. On a plus side original Dermalogica products were being used during the treatment.

The manicure was all right, however I was slightly disappointed with the polish application- I was left with a few bubbles and it did not last as long as I hoped.
