The overlay is not smooth and it's very uneven, also my nails weren't painted nicely; very tacky, but the woman doing my nails was very lovely. It took about 2 hours 15 mins to finish, but overall since I only paid £6 due to promotions from birch box. And I would say it was good value for the £6 but if I paid the original price of £16/£20 I would be very disappointed. Great customer service though.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Was quick and efficient. The look of the salon could be improved but that is not a mayor issue. Definitely would and will go back.

Excellente value, the beauticians are very nice and do a good job. I wish it was hot wax and not strips for the Brazilian but very well done anyway.
I will return.
Hollywood Waxing
They had double booked so when I went in the person at the counter said she already had another appointment. The wahanda appointments are made by their central locations so the local store has no say and hence they had double booked. She asked me to come back a little while later. When I went back she was friendly and nice. She herself did the waxing and that was fine. The room was so minimal with construction supplies left in the room.
