The therapist was very good, fast and efficient. The room was clean but the only downside was the towel had not been changed on the bed and had another clients hair on it!

Services are OK but staff vary in their expertise. Which is ok for waxing but lack of consistency and cleanliness is not great when threading eyebrows or doing a Brazilian wax. Would recommend for arm and leg waxing for the incredible value but that's all.
