My eyebrow threading was pretty much painless and left no stray hairs. The massage was very relaxing and the lady worked my back knots perfectly!

I had pre-booked a hot wax so was disappointed when the hot wax was cold when I arrived, having to wait for it to be heated. The lady doing my wax so so lovely and apologised. The strips were wider than I've had previously making it quite painful and at times, the wax too hot. I had some hairs remaining which I had to pluck afterwards. It's a cheap wax but not the best I've had.
