Therapist was great & did a wonderful job on tinting both my eyelashes and eyebrows. The eyebrow thread was also great and didn't hurt.
Criticisms:
No-one was on reception upon arrival, she was mid-treatment doing another customer's pedicure in the middle of the salon. No greeting at all, I was stood for ages waiting to be acknowledged until I had to go over to her and advise that I had booked an appointment. She rudely waved me over to the waiting area and gave no indication as to how long I would be there. There was a walk-in who had run over into my slot, which is rather annoying as I had booked a certain appointment during my lunch break. Had I known, I could have gotten some shopping done or rescheduled for after work instead.
The place itself is rather basic and there is a lot of background noise which makes relaxing a bit hard, but you can't blame the salon for the latter.
Other than the rude lady and feeling a bit messed about, the treatment was fab and my therapist was absolutely lovely :)

This was my second ever wax and the person who did it was lovely and sensitive to that. Looks and felt so much better than my first time. Also got a manicure done after and that looks good too.
