Everything was as expected except that I didn’t receive the full treatment I had booked for. As I booked quite a bit ahead of time I wasn’t quite sure exactly what I had booked in for and just assumed the therapist knew. I only received a Hollywood, half leg and under arm wax when I had also booked a full arm. I have not been contacted since to have been offered or reminded that I didn’t receive full treatment that I had paid for which is quite disappointing considering I go here regularly.
