Great pedicure, horrendous waxing experience (felt like a chicken being unfeathered), same spatula used throughout the whole process, I can’t even imagine what bacteria lives in the hot wax. And the facial, no allergy testing or conversation about the skin beforehand, during or after. Pointless treatment really. I used to come here and it was always a good service but this is shocking!
