poor customer service - the staff couldnt even be bothered to chat to me. i had to initiate conversation when she came in. she didnt even look over after she was done to see if she missrd patches(which of course she did). salon is getting renovating, so paint and works dust everywhere. But heavily discounted- that's the only plus.

Good value for money but I wasn't very pleased with my eyebrows. I wasn't asked anything beforehand about how I wanted them done, they were done in less than 1 minute with very little effort, and overwaxed the ends. They don't even bring you a mirror afterwards or ask if they're ok. I guess you get what you pay for but I won't be returning.
