Really poor customer service since I had to take all initiative, and no communication. I had massage and said I would like the treatment to focus on back, shoulder and neck. It wasn't focused on those area at all. I've had massage all over the world and plenty of places in London as well, unfortunately I'm not returning to this place since I didn't get value for my money.
