Entered salon at the time of my treatment three staff members Sat behind the desk all on their phones when I said my name and time of my appointment was I just looked at and looked back at their phones again. I receive no hello. Now to the treatment cheap however has left behind and when asked to remove I was told they were unable to remove them because they were so short however when she reapplied the works they did com I receive no hello. Now to the treatment, good price, but you pay for what you get. Many hairs left behind and when I asked to remove I was told they were unable to be removed. However I insisted, she reapplied and eventually the hairs did come out. Zero conversation made by therapist. I do feel there was a great lack of ambience.
