The poorest wax I had in London so far. The beautician was clearly inexperienced and did not manage to take out all the hair in many areas. I do understand that some hair was shorter, but I found many spots with long hair left. She also was pouring more wax than needed for every part and the result was that I got completely stuck with wax to the protective paper of the bed. Later on I was left to remove all of this by myself with the oil. The worst part was when, while doing my Hollywood, she accidentally poured some hot wax inside my butt, which was incredibly painful. Sorry but I was absolutely disappointed, especially because of the high rating this salon has.

This was my first time to Lemoge and also my first time having a Hollywood Wax! The member of staff was great, particularly when I was almost crying in pain! She also made me feel extremely comfortable. Can't wait to go back!
