Technician that did my wax did not seem experienced or confident. When doing my leg wax the strip got caught a couple of times. When doing my Hollywood the same thing happened and she was going over the same area again and again, I had to ask her to stop and get another member of staff to finish me off. I’m not new to waxing, I’ve been having it done for about 14 years and have never had an experience like this one. When you’re getting a Hollywood or Brazilian and feel exposed, you want it done effectively and efficiently, this was not the case. The lady who came in afterwards was nice and completed it properly but it should never have come to that.
