The general ambience and friendliness of staff were average. I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the place but also the quality of my wax. I was burnt on a few places, developed a skin infection afterwards and had to spend more than half a hour when I went home to finish the wax with my tweezer because there were some many hair left! Although it could look like good value, I will definitely not go back or recommend the place to a friend.
