The staff is always very kind and during the treatment they entertain you talking to you, so you can distract yourself for the pain (if there is). The staff (for waxing) usually give you some advices to make you fell less pain, and it works!

The only minus during this visit (have been before) is that a wax which was too hot was used on my facial waxing - lip wax, and I now have two burn marks on my upper lip. Not great.
The rest was fine.
